• Implement a policy to reduce unnecessary printing and encourage electronic documentation.

• Optimize energy consumption by switching off lights and laptops when not in use.

b) Reducing Single-Use Plastic:

• Introduce refillable water bottles and reusable shopping bags for staff and clients.

• Encourage the use of reusable thermos cups to reduce disposable cup waste.
